We can guarantee you that our services will be above your expectation. However due to any unfortunate event if you do feel unsatisfied with our services after thorough investigation and careful consideration we will provide you a refund after deducting any administration expenses.

Our dedicated staff will reach out to you within 24 hrs of confirming your order to guide you through the next steps and to collect further information.
You may need to provide the below details subject to the services that you purchase.
- Expected date and time of arrival to Toronto Pearson International Airport
- Details of your flight
- Are there any family members accompanying you to Canada? (Spouse, children, etc)
- No. of family members accompanying you to Canada
- Details related to the college/ university/ institute where you will be pursuing your studies
- Any gender/ nationality preferences while selecting your canbuddy
- Emergency contact details
- A copy of your passport
You will have your canbuddy physically available with you in any of the below processes but are not limited to, subject to the services that you purchase.
- He/ she will personally come to get you from the airport and drop you off at the desired location.
- He/ she will guide you as well as accompany you when visiting different institutes such as Service Ontario to get your SIN or to the bank when you create your first bank account in Canada, etc
- He/ she will make themselves available to familiarize you on how to use public transportation with a maximum of 3 in-person public transportation rides
- He/ she will accompany you in attending local parties and other social events (Maximum of 3 parties/events)
We are dedicated to finding you the perfect housing option for you so that you don't feel homesick or feel isolated away from your loved ones. Therefore other than the basic selection preference such as budget and location we also facilitate any other preferences such as accomodation within or closer to your same community/ ethnicity/ nationality, etc.
We generally encourage all our clients to place their orders at least 7 days from their expected date of arrival in Canada as we require adequate time to get all the infrastructure and facilities sorted out for them as per their preferences.
However, if we do receive any last-minute orders we will not disappoint you and decline your order, but rather the same services will be offered to you for an additional cost of $ 50 considering the limited time we have for preparation.
